2 Minute Morning Skincare Routine!

Good Morning, beautiful souls!

When i speak to my friends and clients about their morning skincare routines, I often hear "Really? I just did that the night before!!! Who has time for that in the morning?!?!"

And they are right! Who does have the extra time on their hands? That's why Im here to tell you that you only need 2 minutes for this minimal skincare routine for your busy mornings.

Now, to answer the that question of why you need to do this in the morning as well... When sleeping you sweat and you shed dead skin cells and that needs to be washed off as well as preparing your skin for the day ahead.

You will need just a few things:

• washcloth

• cleanser

• eye cream

• serum

• moisturizer

• SPF

Okay let's make this quick!

You know by now that your hands need to be clean!

1. After that go in with your gentle cleanser and using luke warm water wash your face and dab dry with your wash cloth.

2. Dab your morning eyecream underneath your eyes gently.

3. Optional: Use your daytime serum of choice if you want. Vitamin C serums are great for daytime.

4. Now moisturize with your moisturizer of choice and put excess on your fingertips.

That should be easy and quick enough without adding extra stress to your morning! Go have your morning cup of coffee or matcha, or whatever you are into. Before leaving the house, be sure to put on some SPF. I like to use the more natural sunscreen with the least amount of ingredients and not many chemicals.

***I'm sure you have heard of reapplying every 2 hours... I don't agree! I think its important to get that vitamin D on your skin. It is essential to healing and our overall health. Be resposible though, getting a little bit of sun is different that sun chasing, and sitting at the beach for hours and should not be done without proper spf!
